This page explains how to request deletion of your Game of Combs Unisex Salon account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time, free of charge.
How to Request Deletion
- From the email address registered to your account, send an email to naikmubashir17@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion".
- Include the full name on your account so we can locate and verify it.
- We will verify the request and confirm by email once your account has been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When your request is processed, we permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your account profile (name, email, gender, address, profile photo, and bio).
- Your booking history and the contact number provided for bookings.
What May Be Retained
We retain only records we are legally or financially required to keep — for example, payment and order reference IDs needed for accounting and tax compliance. These records do not include your card or UPI details, which are never stored by us (payments are processed by Razorpay).
Timeline
We verify and complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. Retained financial records are kept only for the period required by law and then deleted.
