This Privacy Policy explains how Game of Combs Unisex Salon ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our booking app. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Account information you provide at sign-up: your full name, email address, and optionally your gender and address.
• Profile information you choose to add later: profile photo, bio, and updated contact details.
• Booking information: services selected, chosen stylist, appointment date and time, and the mobile number you provide for pay-at-salon bookings.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings.
• To contact you about your appointments and respond to support requests.
• We only contact you about your bookings and support requests; we do not send promotional or marketing messages.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card/UPI details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by us. We retain only the payment and order reference IDs returned for your booking. Razorpay's handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Data Storage & Third Parties

Account, profile, and booking data are stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and the Firestore database) on Google's infrastructure. The third-party processors we rely on are Google Firebase (account, profile, and booking data) and Razorpay (payment processing). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

Your Rights & Account Deletion

You can view and edit your profile in the app at any time, and cancel or remove bookings from the My Bookings screen.

To delete your account and associated personal data, email naikmubashir17@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion". We will verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain for legal or accounting purposes (such as payment reference IDs).
