These Terms govern your use of the Game of Combs Unisex Salon booking app. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. Game of Combs Unisex Salon operates from Civil Lines Tral, Jammu & Kashmir 192123, India, and these Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Bookings

A booking reserves your selected service, stylist, date, and time. Each booking is subject to confirmation by the salon and is not final until confirmed.

Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance. We may limit the number of upcoming or unconfirmed bookings held by a single account at one time, and may decline duplicate or abusive bookings.

Cancellations & No-Shows

You may cancel an upcoming booking from My Bookings at any time before the appointment.

We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment time so the slot can be offered to other customers. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to temporary restrictions on future bookings.

There is no cancellation fee for pay-at-salon bookings.

Payments & Refunds

Services can be paid online in advance via Razorpay, or in person at the salon for pay-at-salon bookings.

For prepaid online bookings, a full refund is issued if you cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment, or if the salon cancels or cannot honour your booking. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account that engages in fraudulent or abusive bookings, repeated no-shows, harassment of staff, or any violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The app and booking service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game of Combs Unisex Salon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or from a booking, and our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Concerns about the quality of a salon service should be raised with us directly so we can address them.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India.
